I know that it's the thought that counts, but "COCONUT STANKY FACE GOOP"! What's the thought behind that? :gwynn:

As a guess, I'd put it down to lack of thought. being in a hurry, and not having much money; in that order.

My spec is that it is Torg being Torg. He know just what to get Riff, his male, friend but it is getting gifts for women that throw him for a loop. Remember how Torg got Zoe, a barbie doll, talking taco holder, bucket of cheese, a cursed necklace, and a few that I can't remember. He has absolutly no idea what the women in his life want(for Christmas!).

You mean brother and sister who really like each other but give each other grief for no apparent reason?

Isn't that how all REAL sibling relationships are?

Okay, I think we're gonna have to do PbP again.

1: Okay
2: Is this from a long-ago strip or meant to be 'earlier that day'?
3: They have a picture of bunbun? I thought they hated him and I doubt bunbun would put it up himself or force them to.
4: The new and the old. I do like that new shirt, though.
5: As does Torg.
6: I didn't get the light coming out the ears until just now, not the first time.
7: Nice...I like how Riff is still wrapping the beer.
8: Okay
9: Dunno why this stands out as well-drawn, but it does.
10: Why'd he lose the shirt?
11: Yup
12: yup
13: Funny
14: Hilarious, but I can't see Kiki's gift
15: Funny again.

Look at torgs jacket.
It was sometime in the recent past.

This comic is rather nice. It has good point but the problem is the pacing. It's like Pete went, "Hey! Large Sunday strip! Let me cram everything in there!" He could have used the strips that 'It's Gwynn!' took up to pace it better.

Pannel 1&2 would have made a fine single comic. So would have 3-5, which would have been a great cliff hanger to today's Sunday.

Oh, well. I'll write it off as it being the end of the year and Pete, like Torg, "Has a lot to do this year."

Props for not hitting reset. Torg reflecting and making new choices is good and the last pannel with the half hug in interesting...
