The soul reaping quota was lower than anticipated, so Friday is here to do some accounting to find out why. So if you are called and we have to rip your skin off of your body to locate where you are hiding some contraband soul. Don't be alarmed. This is perfectly normal. It shouldn't be too painful after you lose conscience. We'll even staple the skin back on for you. ---- Vote for Sluggy Freelance at Top Web Comics. Please remember to vote each day.

Typo in the second-to-last panel: "But your your"
Also, are her glasses scowling in the last panel? I like that.

Tombsy seems like a good fellow. And I am enjoying his chin and eyebrows, ha.
As for Kira, well... yes. she's obviously terrible. I'm thinking they only put up with her because she works for peanuts. Or she's a student.

Look out, Tombsy! Maybe Kira doesn't have a crush, as much as she has a plan.

Starting to see a pattern here of women being treated like crap by their bosses or dads and [something may happen or not because of that -Z], interesting

I had never asked myself who had taken that photo to begin with, but now I am glad I have the answer.

Was there ever a confirmation of which of the people in the photo were "tombsy"? I feel like we never actually saw him before by name, so it could have been either the chin guy or the beard guy.

We've seen the picture that is panel 3 before, and it was identified as being a picture of Qaboos, Wilcott and Tombsy.

We had a visual sighting of Qaboos back in 2000. https://archives.sluggy.com/book.php?ch ... 2000-09-16

napalm_isis wrote: And not sure if this has been noticed before, but Wilden's hat has the same crown symbol (panels 3 & 4) that was on his notebook and over his door frames. Almost like his own 'My Little Pony' cutiemark stamped on everything. Good catch. I hadn't noticed it, but it goes all the way back to Wilden's very first appearance.
