It is Christmas eve eve, so anyone who celebrates X-mas, should get off their butt and head out this Wednesday and do what must be done. Buying things to protect yourself when Satan Claws is scratching at your windows trying to get in. It can smell the fear of the little girls and boys. And it wants to have a feast... ---- Vote for Sluggy Freelance at Top Web Comics. Remember to vote every day!

First of all, I love the snow scene with masked Zoe and the Trevors with Torg in the background!
Regarding today's script, I am glad that at least Zoe is free! You can do this, Gwynn!

Is "Zoë" supposed to be pronounced like "Zoo", just like "foe" is?

Poor choice of words Torg! Very poor! Also, Bun-bun showing what could be overt concern for one of others within earshot is kind of fun to see. I vaguely feel like this isn't the first time the the series has made a pun on pronouncing "Zoe" as "Zoh," though otherwise the series generally has it pronounced as Zoh-ee.

Yay, nice Christmas picture!
Torg has never been this put down before! That demon didn't even read him his rights when he was booked.

Riff wondered if it was friend or foe and Bun-Bun concluded it was foe.

I'm wondering how effective Zoe's shotgun is going to be against a foe like that. Also wondering if 'old flame' will take on another meaning here.

That's the whole purpose of the dieresis over the ë, actually; to indicate that a vowel should be pronounced separately from the preceding one (as in "naïve").

Foe is not pronounced like zoo. Also, I know pun can be used as kind of a catch-all word play term, but come on guys,a rhyme is not a pun, even if we were intended to read that as a rhyme.
