I have a cat that used to snuggle in my hoodie hood like that, back when she was a kitten. Now she's big and old and likes to sleep on my shoulder instead.
Ahh, nostalgia.
I suppose Torg has a point, though. They've got enough problems without going off to make yet more problems.

I suppose Torg has a point, though. They've got enough problems without going off to make yet more problems. There's a difference between making problems and seeking them. Avoiding the situation and especially not telling Riff is guaranteed to make more problems. The vampire war is a problem that already exists, with or without him.

I don't blame Torg either. I think full information for everyone is best in ideal situations, and hiding these things from Gwynn and from Riff is bound to cause more difficulties later.
However, I don't blame him for not wanting to relive the most recent vampire war... The trauma of having to decapitate a friend doesn't leave you just because the friend is undead-alive again.
Bun-bun is right though. Who's left that can help?

"Listen; it always important to have people you can lean on" "I hear you Bun-Bun. Sadly Aylee, Riff and Sam are out of the game. But at least I have you....... You meant that literally right? "Stop swaying so much jerk. I'm trying to take a nap."

Just wanted to stop in to say that Bun Bun curling up in Torg's hood is adorable. :)
(Also, I'm a bit confused by the thread title saying October 15, when it's the 16th today)

Today's lesson Was Torg having to learn to not hide things from other. Torg is a poor learner.

Riff hasn't exactly shown the best judgement on this topic. Torg probably wants to avoid being brained with a paintcan again.

Lop-Eared Rabbit carrier.
I always wondered what that floppy thing attached to the back of my sweatshirts that have a big kangaroo pouch on the front was for.

I've gotta say, I'm not really sure how Torg expects Sam could help. He has no magical ability. He's way too stupid to be helpful in anyway but brute strength, and while he does have strength and invulnerability, neither would hold up well against the Book. The best he could do is knock down some doors for them on the way to find the missing pages, which would hardly be worth risking antagonizing other vampires.
