Unlike yesterday, Thursday is jumping rope instead. "Gun jumping" is very difficult to do.

"Slave. Attend me." This is the perfect life! Also living high up in a tower. Or in a tree house, also works.

Methinks her day will become less boring anon.

I just noticed the beastie is doing an excellent job of staying right-side-up. Then I remembered it knows how to fly. It doesn't look like the Torg-n-Riff-n-Daebo Necklace is interfering with its wings, but maybe it is. Otherwise I'm sure it would be instinct for it to glide to a safe landing, unlike e.g. Torg's instinct which is to scream like a frightened rabbit. (Not a frightened Bunny -- no such thing.)

The monster has no tail feathers, but surely it's able to control its flight to some degree? At least well enough to avoid colliding with a distant tower?

I was thinking the same thing. One does not just sneak up on someone whilst tied to a giant monster! Not even one with big-tired skates with heavy suspension. Tying yourself to giant monsters isn't in the ninja handbook, I'm fairly sure.

I can think of two things that could potentially happen next. Both of them amuse me.

Knowing Pete, it will be an unrelated 3rd thing that will surprise you and amuse you even more. He's good that way.

'Left it in the other room', lady there is but 1 room on this small hut (except for the tower itself I guess) that is severely lacking in safety rails.

Hey, you don't know that. There could be two rooms...or maybe three tiny rooms, in there. Or maybe she means a room down in the tower itself. I mean, earlier in the comic, she was looking out one of the balconies down there. Maybe this 'other room' is all the way at the very bottom and the poor deadle-slave has to go all the way down those spiral steps to get the tea.
But I do agree about the safety railings. Seems like a bad choice. But I guess she doesn't have a fear of failing. And never usually has to worry about big monster dino-birds with heroes strapped to them careening out of control into her tower. Heads up!

I hope she doesn't keep her zombies in the same room as the toilet.

Awkward.

Did anyone NOT see this coming? I knew they would either be colliding with the tower, or AT LEAST making enough of a mess to anger the witch.

I smell a love triangle coming up. Isn't this how manga usually begins?
