You expect that Aramsham will follow them enthusiastically as long as he can remember them. (I point you to Aramsham's 'Senile' aspect). Normally, in a case like this, one would have a quiet word with the guy who remembers things for him and reminds him of stuff. Unfortunately, in this case, it looks rather like that guy was Martel.

Can I retroactively use my personal device to give Nate a stunning implement to try and make sure Martel gets caught in the attack, or is that not even worth it? I'm working on the assumption that Martel has indeed gotten away >.>

It's safe to assume Nate popped a flashbang on his way out to cause a distraction. Whether or not Martel was stunned as well is irrelevant, as Nate is, or rather was, banking on the fanatics to do the dirty work.

Whenever Nate uses Death Defiance, he can use flash-bangs off-stage if they are necessary to his survival.
No-one without Death Defiance is escaping that tent alive; and anyone with Death Defiance wouldn't get stopped by a stunner of any sort. So it would make no difference either way.

What if I devoted my entire device to allowing the wielder to negate an enemy Death Defiance stunt? Stunt vs Stunt and they cancel each other out?

Nope. Death Defiance trumps everything... as long as it happens off-screen, and the FATE point cost is paid. The only weakness of the stunt is, it does absolutely nothing to save someone who's on-screen.
So, hypothetically speaking, a character with the Death Defiance stunt would be as squishy as anyone else with similar combat skill in a straight fight.

Alright.
Do we have enough explosives to put a significant dent in the fanatic's forces?
Also, how do the Knights look? Are they as angry as Sephrenia?

You have enough explosives to seriously mess up the army of fanatics if you have a chance to prepare the field and then lure them into it, yes.
The knights are not glaring or saying anything at the moment. They don't appear angry at first glance.

Can I tag Fortune Roulette and/or Senile to dictate that Aramsham continues with the flagellation and fasting but forgets why he's doing it or what he's building up to and keeps doing that for an extended period of time?
Also... Bleh. I screwed up big time.

Wait until Aramsham and/or his fanatics re-enter the story. When they do, they will have the "Starved" and "Self-flagellated" Aspects which can then be used like any other Aspect. (Unless I can think up a better name for those Aspects in the meantime...)
Angry NPCs don't always mean that you screwed up.

Maimed and Malnourished?
Can I use my universal gadget to make a tracking beacon of sorts and say that Nate used it on Martel on his way out? That way if he did survive we can track him down and kill him ourselves?

Maimed and Malnourished. I like that. Alliterative.
You could, but you'd have to make use of the tracker almost immediately - Martel will notice and remove it within a day or two at the very most, no matter how well disguised it might be.

Let me know if there's any other considerations I need to make for my devices.

Technically, (a) you can't modify your personal gadget that easily. You're stuck with nightvision unless you take a day or so of downtime to twiddle it. However, (b), your trackable Universal Gadget automatically includes the widget you use for tracking with (which can be incorporated into your Personal Gadget if you want, on the understanding that said tracking capabilities will only work once). A Universal Gadget can come in multiple parts where this is necessary to it's functioning.
