Also keep in mind that things have been a little weird just before the server move (hence the reason for the move) and immediately after. They may need a little time to catch up on everything.

I sent it through the standard e-mail form under the heading Defenders. I got a copy of the e-mail...

I'll send one to Tom and see if that works.

I found the problem.

You have a different email address for your defenders account than your paypal (your paypal address is the same as your forums name).

I do see a payment on May 16, and I am crediting your account appropriately.

I have extended your paid status until June 1, 2009.

Hmm. Ok I'll switch e-mail addresses on the DOTN account so it's the same as Paypal's so there's less confusion next time.
I have four e-mail accounts, it gets confusing for me as well.
