Keepin' it simple there, CS. ;)
Anyhow, until I can look at this strip in daylight when my brain isn't fried, I'm just gonna leave off with a mighty Whiskey Tango Foxtrot...

Hee Hee Hee. What a cool song. Torg getting into it was the best.
Does this mean we might see Sparky again?

Rich, so rich.
And the number of "la"s is correct, too.

Wait, who are the carolers? At first I thought it would be Zoe, Riff, and Torg, but they don't look to be, plus Torg is in the last panel...

Ooh, I smell the after-effects of E-ville sparkles... won't say anymore, as this is speccy enough.
My fave part of the comic was the, "Also Gywnn rocks!" after the usual copyright stuff. Love your work, Pete.

:laughs: I LOVE the song! The pause_beat and then Torg yelling "it's Gwynn!" is just lovely. Even if Pete's narrative timing can get a little fuzzy (when juggling massive epic stories, anyway, and who can blame him then!), his comedic timing is perfect as always.
:snickers: Gwynn is a burger-flipper, Gwynn is a burger-flipper :singsong:
I like how Torg discovers her in the drive-thru, too. It might not exactly cheer him up (who am I kidding? he'll be laughing just as much as us), but it will certainly distract him for a little while!
yours in nifty lovin' and chuckles,
sabunny
ETA: I second Rocketfox on liking the "Also Gwynn rocks" tag down by Pete's copyright. Aww, Pete loves Gwynn too. [sexist comment] Just like a guy, to show his affection for a female char by making fun of her, lol! [/end sexist comment]

It's okay, but why was there no fourth line to the song? One that ended with a funny rhyme for "kickin?" Like, say, Torg ordering something with chicken? Ah, maybe I just expect too much. Pete's spoiled me.
In other news, yay Gwynn! for making Torg smile.

hehe. CS is so in tune to the strip.
I like how the comic was so... Gwynn.
And I could practically hear the music going *zzzzt!* in that fourth line.
It's not sluggy freelance anymore, it's "It's Gwynn!"

The wordless panel is a pause (keep humming the tune in your head), and then the fourth line ends with "it's Gwynn!" Kickin' is supposed to rhyme with Gwynn.

I just realized something.
Look at the logo on Gwynn's Burger Meister cap. BM. Does Pete not like fast food, perhaps?
And I love the contrast between Gwynn's expression in panels 1 and 2. Nice tough.
