For those who recall it, he's giving up his copyrights to his entire catalog. Head to his website and download it all for free.

For those unfamiliar with his music, consider that an unintentional personal failing that you can rectify by following that link. Granted a fair amount of it was topical, but even without knowing the background it still pretty much works.
