Hmm, poetry...
Okay, here's a reverse flashlight.
Instead of lighting up an area you are you point it at, it will darken down the area. Just don't use it at night or look at the end of the aperture. Permanent lightness and burning may occur.

Hmm...looks like the poetry sensor was right for once. It keeps going off for fast food ad copy for some reason.
But that's another matter. Since you were so kind as to post something poetical, here's your very own Klein bottle. Mind you, I think Mr. Klein wants to be let out; but until then it's a reasonably good source of musical theater tunes from shows like Pirates of Penzance. Use it in good health.
