I'm back!

Just got caught up. Wow, what a ride!

Well, I didn't mean to take that long of a hiatus, especially right after I joined, but I am back and VERY unhappy! I was binging the Immortal King chapter and was completely blindsided by Riffs fate! I mean, what the heck???? My poor Riffy! Out of everything I have read over the decades of reading this story, this is the ONE thing that completely blindsided me.
I just don't know what to think. I am hoping we can get a chance to see his POV at some point to get a semblance of how he is fairing.

In the abyss he stays

To watch the destroyer of the spark
And prevent the end of the arc.
Accidentally betrayed by the witch
In the fervor of desperations pitch,

Riff, alone he stands
The fate of the spark in his hands.

Eh. Not as good as I would have liked, a little disjointed, but it works, I guess.
