So, if Torg mentioned the DOL demonized Kiki to Bunbun, as someone who "cut in on his turf"? I doubt BunBun would care too much, as the DOL is not his turf and DemonKiki is still there (I think, she could be in the DOP (I don't remember)).

The sluggite Koan wasn't really canon; he doesn't know what's wrong with Torg.

yes but Alt-Bun-Bun dose and he has as big a mouth as Kiki so if some of the gang go after Bun-Bun who is trying to kill Alt-Bun-Bun they might get the story out of him

Bunbun wouldn't care because no one would know it was him, they both look and act the diffrent. And Alt-Kiki is in DOP, Pete just forgot to draw her in the scenes at the time.

Alt-Bun-Bun knowing 'what happened' to Torg before TWR or being in Sluggy Prime after TWR? That's news to me.

Okay I probably crazy but I'm looking for the easiest way for Zoë to find out about Alt- Zoë and Bun-Bun-Prime hunting Alt-Bun-Bun in The One spoof with Riff and Zoë trying to stop him looks like the least panful way form war I am sitting.

And there is no reason for it to happen. Bun-Bun isnt the type to care about alternate dimensions, and its very unlikely that Alt Bun-Bun will be appearing on earth. Besides, like you said, only Kiki might bother to say anything. And do you really think Kiki is coherent enough for Bun-Bun to put together what is said?
No, I fear the ONLY way Zoe is ever going to find out about what happened to Torg is for him to tell her himself. (not to mention her finding out ANY other way would likely drive a permanent wedge between their friendship)

Besides, Gwynn already figured out that Torg's unusually melancholy behavior was caused by Zoe somehow, and told her. So a confrontation between Torg and Zoe is probably brewing... it remains to be seen how much of the truth he'll reveal.

Unless of course Bun-Bun has seen The One with Jet Li. That might give him a reason to think he should kill his dimensional twin, should Torg mention him.
He was willing to kill holidays in order to absorb their powers, but in the end he decided that the power wasn't worth the holiday baggage. What if there were a way to gain power without the complications of having an annoying shadow?

He never grew unwilling to deal with the holiday baggage. When he absorbed Christmas, he gained enough power to alter the rules of the holidays to his liking, removing whatever baggage he had. Notice how he abolished Halloween and imprisoned Blasphomy, or how he solidified his shadow (he once threatens to restore him to the groundhog, if you'll recall).
