His appearance reminds me of Crushy too, but I'm not convinced either. I suspect a Thuggish Petroleum executive/representative with an axe to grind against Minion Master.

From that admittedly brief glimpse, I thought New Guy looked a bit smallish, or perhaps too long-necked (or tall-headed), to be Crushy.
