Friday is lost right now. Just like that page. ---- Vote for Sluggy Freelance at Top Web Comics. Remember to vote for how Zoe is going to kill Torg and Aylee.

"You don't understand. It was a really big spider."
I dig Aylee in panel 2. Torg may be her best bud but she still has enough self respect to throw him under the bus. Aylee ain't taking none of the blame.

Well, that worked out about as well as most of Torg's plans.
I like the pop of color from the bindles!

This seems like a pretty heavy hiatus from the actual plot (unless it's all going to be relevant in one giant Pete-sweep).

Not to chase plot, "pacing," "character development" or the other things that show up in the demands in online comic forums. As for me, I am entertained.

Do you remember Gworg? quite a deviation from the main plot, yet funny has hell, enough to justify it. Sometimes, I like when this comic just come back to simple random silliness.

I just finished another partial re-read. At the re-read pace, 3 or 4 comics of demon play date and Torg being unaccountably dumb (this is beyond Torgy) is fine. That would be a vacation week in the old days.
But at the current new comic rate we've been on this tangent for a month. It hits different.

I'm not sure why you folks are eager for Pete to beeline onto one plotline. For one, unless he's going full off-story, for the kicks, he usually drops crumbs in these tangents. Even if Pete's just getting distracted, that's fine with me if "wrapping it up in two years" turns out to be more like 5 or 10. Personally, I find the grumbling more distracting than Pete's meanderings. I'm with Silverwalker on this one. I, too, am entertained. And I could definitely use some entertainment now!

It was just an observation. This is “reactions”, not “echo chamber”. Most of us have been fans for decades; we love Pete’s work, and our comment history shows it. People can have differing opinions about minor stuff; it’s healthy and normal.

I was merely disagreeing. :-) [And encouraging Pete to take as long as he wants. LOL]
