Friday is very happy to see Bun-Bun once again. We last saw the little god back in...August.

Now for something different. An explanation of Tuesday's title, "I'll Call Him Lamarr"
Spoiler: show
In the game Half-Life 2, there are creatures called headcrabs. There is a scientist who has one as a pet and calls her Lamarr. Which is a reference to Hedy Lamarr.

I was thinking that Mullet-Head-Guy may have sprouted legs and crawled off, so it reminded of a headcrab. Not saying that's what happened, but that was my thought.

See? Bun-Bun can be friendly when he wants to. All it takes is margharitas.

All this time since Mohkadun, and Bun-Bun still sleeps on a cushion. After losing his memory he is probably not aware of this.

I would call them demigods, rather. Given great power by a god or in the way that gods get their power, but not having the power to control things on Earth. Except the sun and moon twins are definitely gods - the moon twin could even stop the moon for a while to talk to her sister, as I recall.

Maybe that means that Bun-Bun could elevate his powers if he regained his memory and if he wanted to. Let's hope that day never comes.

The interesting thing is that the sun and moon twin are the ones who are supposed to be demigods. I think their mother was human. Fully deified Bun-Bun should probably be stronger. But idk if Bun-Bun has been fully powered since he was kicked out of the pyramid, let alone since he lost his memory. Also, Dunuloa is like a magic Riff, so even if she can't win on raw power, she could probably win in other ways. I mean, she definitely can't beat Poopypants on power, but it's her ingenuity that's kept him sealed away for thousands of years.

I think I had that exact Baywatch poster on my wall as a teen.

I'm curious if he'll ever get his full memory back.

Aww, alfalfa margaritas are a fun throwback. Haven't seen one of those in a while.

But how many will they throw back? Will this turn into another summoning debacle?

I still like the heads will roll away explanation better.

Anyway.

Remember when Torg was gonna ditch everyone so he and Zoe could run away together to get away from all the crazy? I'm SURE he's glad he stayed in the end. /s

If only Bun-Bun had his memory of being a god, he would be much more of a menace. Well... He would actually probably be the same. But he could smite people easier.

Well keep that thought in your brain, since your headcanon might be right, but we won't know for sure unless Pete let's us know. Maybe he will give us a heads up about what is going on.

Except we all know that it would be cooler if it crawled away...

Just one disaster after another...

I feel you, Torg.

... And there's no Riff to complement and propel Torg's action -oriented nature.

I think this falls under a safe spec zone. HOW DID THE HEAD GET AWAY? PLACE YOUR BETS!

Grew little crab-like legs and Zoidberged away? Grew baby human legs? Rolled away? Whistled for a cab? Got picked up by a stray dog? Fashioned a working exoskeleton out of rat and cockroach parts? Someone came with a little red wagon and pulled him away? Who knows, but the abyss is the limit!

(Pete still reigns grossest by having a stik man trying to wear him, so don’t be shy, folks!)

I don't think Bun Bun/Lord sluggy was the smiting type. Punchy is his style.
