Thursday thinks Gwynn would be pretty good at origami. So a paper airplane shouldn't be that hard for her. ---- Vote for Sluggy Freelance at Top Web Comics. Remember to vote for the best comic for folding.

So, was that a fly-by attack?
By the original fly girl?

Welp, that does it for Mouche. Close call though! And nice callback, Lord Golbez.

Torg's gonna need some antibiotic ointment for all those fly bites. Back to the Bactine Tank?

Insert joke about emergency pants.
Sadly Torg's fly is open.

Poor target prioritization by Mouche.
Good thing Gwen had the fly paper handy.

Holy quick thinking, Gwynn! A lesser woman would have been too panicked to think of magically drawing her ancient book to her and cast a spell. But Gwynn is a bookish person, you don't need to spell it out for her. Finally with Mouche gone they can turn the page on this. Lord Golbez wrote: Torg needs some emergency pants! So apparently "Mouche" is two syllables, if it can sound like "mushy". I had been thinking it was just one, like "mousse".

I have to admit, as as GenX, when I was growing up I was much more worried about quicksand, Soviet nuclear attack, and the need to 'stop drop and roll' then I was about having insects eat my clothes off. Yet that's happened at least twice to Torg, so I guess I was worried about the wrong things!

"Mush" and Torg thought gwynn was describing his balls. It certainly wouldn't be beyond Pete to turn it into a pun though. Never judge a Pete by the cover.

It looks like there's an "American" pronunciation as well, which is two syllables. I'm not sure how that works, to be honest -- although I know the romance languages are big on adding a vowel even if the word ends in a consonant, so... I'm confused.
