Soul-sister Alligia, we were missing ya. Unfortunate for the Poop Cult I suspect. Another Thursday and another dream shenanigan plotting against our Great World Destroyer, Lord Poopy. ---------- Vote for Sluggy Freelance at Top Web Comics. Please remember to vote every day until the world ends.

Ouch. He is forced to face the fact. And it's legally binding. It was bound to happen.

So, will he give Gwynn his empire of dirt after this is all over?

Oh no, this is going too smoothly. I am afraid that shenanigans could ensue.
Anyone notice that little glowy sign on Gwynn's temple in the first panel? Is it SPEC

Incredible. We have known for a while that Allie could directly bind demons to books, without the need for it to possess a human first (look like Demon entrapment technology has evolved, since then) and not a single one of us even speculated that it could be done with Lord PoopyPant. Truly a wonder it all slipped by us (unless someone actually did in the spec thread and I missed it). Guess we were all waiting for Zoe to do something with the book of Güd or something. Now to see if we will ever get an answer as to why the spell of binding and unbinding to bind new pages to the Book of E-ville couldn't be used to rip off the unwanted pages. The question was raised by a few character from the story itself But the bug has dodged the question. Not that an answer to that plot point really matter right now...

Did. Not. See. That. Coming! But it still leaves Farahn free (who is not a demon) and that was Dunuloa's (and therefore Basphomy's) primary concern. Of course, he's much easier to kill than a demon but I don't think that is as satisfactory to them.

Anyone notice that little glowy sign on Gwynn's temple in the first panel? Is it SPEC It started glowing when Wonder Moon Twin Memory Powers... ACTIVATE happened, so I don't think it is exactly SPEC. I took it that it was fading as she came out of the memory recollection trance and went into Bookbinder mode, is all.

No! Poopy-Pants is inevitable! He would have gotten away with it, too, if it weren't for those meddling kids Basphomy and Dunuloa!
I agree it seems a bit too easy ... but there is still demons to deal with, and vampires, and whatever the Strakhoi were up to in North America, fixing Kiki, Riff having to tell his mother how her ex bought it ... Pete has spun a fabulous tale over many years for us to enjoy.
I agree B&D won't be happy with Gwynn if she doesn't deal with Farahan. Will we end up with a repeat of Torg Dream Fighters with Gwynn and Basphomy in pudding??

Count me among the "didn't expect to see that... at least not so soon, so what are we missing?" camp.
Cool Gwynn moment, though -- and I'm really wondering about the significance of Treenobeard.

Anyone notice that little glowy sign on Gwynn's temple in the first panel? Is it SPEC If you go back a few days you can see the mark appear when Gwynn remembers her meeting with Basphomy. Clicking on the ref link Remember on comic 230704 will take you too Basphomy putting the memory-sealing mark on Gwynn in the first place.
