Tuesday isn't as confused now. It's rooting for Agent N'aaaw to deliver the book, then to devour the meddlesome gang.

There is a lot happening here, But what it boils down to is not good for the demon team...

Oh yeah, Wilcott is currently a villain, so what is happening right now is not forcibly a bad thing. Not sure I am rooting for it, still.

Those flashbacks made me read on to this part:

Bug: "What an arrogant, self-serving psychopath."
Farahn: "Clearly. You were referring to Kira, correct?"
Bug: "Could have been any of us."

:torg:

She has a snake form. How fitting.

Ouch! Could it be that Wilcott will finally get his comeuppance? He can't be surprised. If you're playing with demons it could happen at any time, really.

Lol at Tomb with her "eff this day." Like you tried to end this world with a bunch of demons and some help from spell-casting vampires. Then to do it you kidnapped a witch who's friends include an alien, a rabbit deity, a dude with a sword that can kill anything, a guy who probably can't make toast without blowing something up, and let's not forget the person fated to stop the demon she's trying to free. Did she really think this was gonna be smooth sailing?

And Team Kira joins the field.

I'm going to need a R.E.C.A.P soon to remember where everyone is and what they are trying to do.

This patch of Vermont woods is likely to become the local haunt full of cold spots, strange mists, and eerie sounds where teenagers dare each other to sleep the night in a tent.

Hasn't she had that form ever since she showed up inside the book?

Some reactions:
1) Whoa, it just got real(er).
2) Remind me: why does she have that Ursula-style crown thing coming out of her head?
3) She's free of the book... but she still has the covers on her wrists, as... shields? Manacles? That's got to be important.
4) Really, Tombsy? Eat bookchain.
5) How powerful is she compared to the Strakoi... and our chompy friend?
6) Good thing Chaz is still powered up.
7) What will Farahn do when he sees what Gwynn has done (even if he thinks she just acted without thinking)?

Dang. High-powered update, Sir Pete.

She sure found Wilcott fast.

I wonder what it’ll be now that he’s divorced. Revenge, a renewed attempt at love, or a creepy but fitting attempt at both? So many emotions to process! Let’s see what wins out.

I was impressed he recognized her so fast. She doesn't look quite the same as the last time he saw her.

She is a bride of the king, I guess having a crown is one of the perks.

All of the Brides came with book patterns after joining Farahn in matrimony.

She did it right in front of him, with his blessing, so he already know and he seemed to enjoy it:

Right, I get that -- but once he sees the effect... I still wonder.

Thanks for the other tips, too!

So I'm wondering... how does Kira know what's been going on out there? Gwynn just came from there, and she's been scrying -- but she just seemed to assume Kira was already up to speed.

I don't think Kira know much. Gwynn basically told her "go out and stir poop". Gwynn told her there was a ritual and that it should be stopped, so creating some mess is all it really takes and, hey, Wilcottt is there too, so bonus for her.
