I think Urja would die of embarassment (perhaps literally given how fragile the Vryko seem now) if she said the full correct name in front of her enemies.

I think her way of saying it makes it sound more official and prestigious...if that's even possible.
I like Urja.

I also agree that Lady Tomb REALLY should have known a lot more about the vampires and such, coming into this. Shame on her. But her loss is our gang's gain.
