Mr. Stiks! This is getting creepier. That story about how he came to be was delightfully well-written, by the way.

And with that, we circle back to the start of this very Chapter.
Man Chapter 73 is really long ass. Might as well be a Book of its own. Almost make you think it might never end. Immortal King indeed.
Seriously, Pete, that might actually be your plan already, but, if not, I think it would be quite successful if you made Chapter 73 a special edition of its own as an hard cover book designed to look like the Book of E-Ville itself.
Not that you are there yet, when it comes to publication. Take your time, but maybe keep that in the back of your mind, if you think it's a good idea...

Seeing Basphomy and her monsters wrapped in to the story of the Bug, along with the cult of the Bug and it's various factions, and that twit 'King of all Mankind' portends quite a chaotic time at the Vermont Demon-Meet in the haunted old magical woods. And Bun-Bun on an errand? Any guesses whether it's weapons or cash he's getting? One other question -- do spawn of Satan count as demons? https://archives.sluggy.com/book.php?ch ... 2000-07-30

I'd imagine Pete is distancing himself between these to avoid mixed demon worlds, but still. I'd love to see a group of kittens playing at the party.

I considered that. But this is Satin, not Satan.
They have a similar build and name though, so I can see why you made this mistake. It happens.

Between you and me Mr Stiks is one of Pete's most truly horrifying creations.

No.....I'm pretty sure he was named after the fabric. Two different dudes. The immortal king is infallible. Common mistake though, don't beat yourself up over it.
