Wednesday is here to reap everyone's soul. So if you would be so kind, please make an orderly line to make this process go smoother. I only have all day to do this and would like to finish early if possible. ---- Vote for Sluggy Freelance at Top Web Comics. Please remember to vote each day.

I wonder if she is, like, the mother of Bill E. Cayoate or something. https://archives.sluggy.com/book.php?ch ... 2007-02-09French accent? A reference to when Riff and Doc did stuff like lazer cannon --> Mr. 'Li Zurecain Non' Kira eh. Now that is an interesting name. Great to see Lorna again.

Er, wait. Kira was the one on the phone in the ref comic? Is that what I'm getting from this?

Did we just get an "origin story" on why Lorna was always so tough and judgy? I mean, if Wilcott was cheating on her constantly, that would explain her behaviour today. I love the recasting of a character that, let's be honest, was a bit of a stereotype and a one-bit joke at the beginning.

(I don’t think this really qualifies as ‘spec’…) Given the timeline (and location) of the current comics, I suspect we may soon [have some possible spec appear] (and likely led to [some more spec as well -Z])

I think that is highly unlikely taking into account that Torg has childhood memories of Riffs father. Him disappearing in 1973 would imply that Riff and Torg were born in the 60s...

Pete: Posts a fun webcomic.
Every Gen Z reading it: "...what's a calling rate?"
Zillatain: Sorry, due to inflation your soul quota is going to go up 20% this month.

It just show the first appearance of Dr. Lorna. With that said, I was starting to think the the third book, the one with three hearts, [was treading into spec territory -Z], as I was started to consider Farhan already start making the book to which he give power to, even before he imprison his victim in. But with hat new comic, an other possibility raise for this third person. ong wrote: (...)if Wilcott was cheating on her constantly, that would explain her behaviour today. (...). I am not sure Wilcott actually cheated on her, at least not at this point in the comic, but I think Kira was intentionally creating a wedge between them precisely because she had a thing for him.
