I see we are going to explore some sunken cost fallacy, there.

And it's only been 50 years or so since Quint begged Allie on his deathbed to never listen to the book.
Come to think of it...not many stories end well if a character starts acting on what 'the voices' tell them to do.

Stickers weren't invented yet, so Quint couldn't attach his will to the book's cover. If only!

She already has enough power to flee on her own. She doesn't need to listen to the book. At worst, she has Ozzid to protect her.

And I still don't know what you mean, even though I know what sunken costs means. I just said it once. It just has been requoted. What I meant is, she started to realise that the book was tricking her and it had already lead to murder and, while she could stop going this direction right now, Farahn clearly want to convince her she is already too far into this mess to stop or it would all be for nothing.

Ugh. Mondays. So did anyone else click on the shield, AFTER reading Pete's note that specifically says that clicking on the shield won't work and provides not one, but two manual links that do work? Doh! Stupid Mondays. Grumble, Grumble...
Anywho... Glad Pete cleared that up. It did seem like an awfully long way to walk... I love how much thought goes into this comic!
And yeah, Zill, you OK? We get worried!

I completely forgot what day it was... Dammit.
I'm just going to make this thread be for two days worth of strips instead of bothering with a new thread.
