That... is the creepiest smile I have ever seen.
I reminds me of something, but I can’t think what...

Or maybe not at all. It's starting to make me doubt about such claim about Gwynn, now.

She has been seduced by the book's magic. Quite literally.

Okay, what a coincidence ... Named after the person she is actually a reincarnation of. What are the odds ...
Or is Farahn really refering to Gwynn when she switched bodies with the original Siphaniana and that means that Gwynn is in fact the reincarnation of this Siphaniana ...
It's all getting too much for me... I should go back researching statue materials and maps of ancient Italy.

I reminds me of something, but I can’t think what... I can think of a couple things. The Mouth of Sauron for one (check out the out-takes on YT). And also the thing hiding inside of Sarah Palmer in Twin Peaks season 3.

That is very creepy indeed. And I just realized that the whole look of Farahn reminds be of the creepy mannequin soldiers from fullmetal alchemist...so that adds to the creepy factor...

Well, that's probably one of the creepiest 4th wall panels I've seen for a while (in the whole of the comic's run time). Congrats Pete in making me de-lurk to post. I'm not complaining, though!
