Monday is ready for the Gwynn and Aylee shopping montage! Or the Agent N'aaaw eating everyone montage! Either one is okay. ---- Vote for Sluggy Freelance at Top Web Comics. Remember to vote every day.

WOAH is right! If you consider her invisibleness to Torg and her flaming personality, she's basically the entire fantastic 4!

The shape of her mouth makes sense now. So, she's a turtle with rubber limbs.
She can protect against attacks while also keeping attackers at "arm length".

I feel like its a metaphor of some time.
Aylee (and Clone's) phases are tortoise-ish again and that phase has proven effective before. The Clone had deadly combat tortoise-crab and Regular Aylee had Mount Tortoise.
Also: while Torg has left Aylee behind he can counter with not abandoning Mountain Aylee when Riff DFA'ed her after she exploded the house, and then sticking with her when the new dimension's humans suspected her.

At first I thought Torg had put his hand on Aylee's shoulder and Aylee simply was going to move it away, but at second look, it looks more like it's Aylee who took Torg's hand so that she would make him feel the different parts of her constitution.

Torg is being remarkably obtuse here, I think even by Torg standards.

I was trying to figure out why Aylee had that weird little lip thing going on. It bothered me greatly...until now. Hard turtle/tortoise-like shell? Retractable limbs? An undeniable rage directed towards Torg (admittedly, deserved)? Now I understand what's going on. We've seen this before.

Wow! That's amazing. I did not expect this. I thought for sure that she was like a human this time.
And this explains while her torso looks so robust.
Poor Aylee, she wanted to be human. Maybe she was even better in her last form, with her wings.
