This is...unsettling.
Aylee's new form gives me Kusari/Sasha vibes. Which considering they almost killed her, that is not surprising she would evolve to match something that dangerous.

This is far more unsettling than seeing Bun-Bun again. I'm guessing they're doing something internet related in there.
Otherwise we would have seen her hurry out the door instead, when she's busy.

While Aylee's behavior is pretty unusual, Torg has GOT to stop surprising people with unannounced plans. It's just not working for him anymore.
That said, I'm concerned that Aylee's new form has driven her closer to human. She's quite inside the uncanny valley now.

Aylee has certainly done a good job of appearing human. Even the hair is believable this time. (Well I don't know what it would look like up close, but it looks right in the level of detail that these panels provide. Her previous "hair" looked more like tentacles.) Her eyes have whites, irises and pupils, which I think is also a first, although the iris colour is implausible. Nothing is green except for the shorts. Hmm, are the clothes actual clothes, or are they parts of her body? Can they still unfold into wings?
Pretty much only the jagged, lipless mouth still reveals that this is indeed Aylee.
But yes, something is wrong. Too much influence from Bun-Bun?
