It's Monday, so you know what that means right? Time for Zoe to give Maya, "The Talk". ----- Vote for Sluggy Freelance at Top Web Comics. Please remember to vote everyday.

Maya should be honored to get to see her Earth two thousand years into the future. How many get to do that? Imagine being able to see what things will look like centuries from now.

If you can go back, that might be great. If not, the costs outweigh the benefits. Especially when you consider the future Maya saw. She might prefer not to know.

Imagine being able to see what things will look like centuries from now. Not centuries. Millennia. They're twenty-five thousand years after their first landing, and fifteen thousand years after Maya's time. (Beach house & Cupidine = 5k yrs, Troloria = 10k years, now they're at 15k.) And I don't think she feels honored, considering the state of her world in the future.

Maybe it is the contrast against the angry red that was there previously. But the last few days when I go to Sluggy and see that peaceful banner, I immediately feel calm and relaxed - if only for a second.... Much appreciated!
