The only colours we've seen lately are from Animas.
Thus, Torg is mixing together anima blood to create new and wonderful colours.

It does look like he's setting stuff up to dye Easter eggs. The only funny thing about that is he wouldn't be fretting over missing some colors. You could probably get away with two or three and everybody would still have fun. Then again, Torg IS a graphic designer, he probably frets over colors even when it doesn't matter :P
