Ok, I really don't see where this is going. What is Torg's plan?

But only if Wednesday's promiscuous, a junkie, or black.
Wow. Today made me crack up right out loud. Pete's back on track, it seems.

Hmmm. Maybe this is a part of Torg's plan? Maybe she is distracting them? Or Torg counts on Gwynn eventually loosing her temper and releasing the wrath of Book of e-ville on them?

Please tell me I'm not the only one reminded of the Simpsons episode...

Good plot advancement strip.
I like the cloner who looks like a slightly less child-like Sid Uationhopepless. "Cloning is neat!"
Yes, cloning is very neat.

This makes me laugh.
It also makes me yern to have someone smash that guy's face in.
But, oh well!
I think it's good that the comic is pulling away a bit from the Zoe/Torg angle and give it some time to cool off. Lets figure out how they keep his house!
Edits because it's late and I can't spell. Tee-hee!

Ah, I did so want to hear what Torg's plan was. I guess we'll find it when it is implemented. We also get to see if TWR instilled any tactical sense in him. If it's not noteworthily wacky, we'll know it has. If it is noteworthily wacky, he's still the same old Torg at heart.

Its about time the cloners showed up! It made me laugh, I like the art, and it advances the plot in straitforward direction. Maybe Plan A worked...

Is it just me or is Gwynn particularly drool-worthy in tonight's strip?

Noooooo! Not Wednesday! Pugsley will PAY for killing his sister!
*shiftyeyes*
Okay, anyway. Seems like Pete is going to wrestle with his Writing Demons and try to overcome them, and he has my hat off to him for that. It's not easy dealing with writer's block, we see that multiple times on EGS (another strip).
Wednesday's Sluggy has two staring Kittens, two distracted Kittens staring at the fish tank, and one sleeping Kitten. Nothing really funny going on, doesn't even cause me to smirk or anything, but that's because we have no real interest in the Cloners. (I did roll my eyes however.) You know, they remind me of a certain organization whose initials are hC... *evil smile* (Actually... nah. He wouldn't.)
Of more interest is "what are they (the Sluggy gang) planning?"
Zoe must have a lot of faith in her friends though... she left without packing or anything. What would she do if she comes back and the Cloners confiscated all her stuff? Meh, we'll come to that bridge in time.
Pretty much this is a transitory strip, going from one place to another. Nothing really interesting or funny going on... but it's needed to build up the story. It just seems more blah because of the blahness of previous strips (though the artwork is better - I think Pete is doing a lot better with his profile pics than his front-on pics).
Take care, Pete.

EDIT: The fact it's a "we have guns and you don't" thing instead of a half baked legal thing makes all my previous comment about weak plot moot! This confirms the rule that sluggy is usually better when binging weeks at a time than when reading one strip a day. But like most people with their own computer, I can't help myself!
Mea culpa. I guess that rates as +0.3 "shorry" bonus on my recent "weak plot" comments!
Still, today I'd wish Gwynn's breasts were drawn slightly more precisely and that her hair wouldn't have the odd "become a single hair and become many hair again" feature which might deserve a little more thickness especially on close-ups (it's the most regular irrealistic-looking thing in characters intended to look realistic in recent years). Still a minor detail, as shipping writer block to Abu Dhabi so he won't return anytime soon is priority. (-;
==Sluggy 2004 in review==
Sluggy 2004 binge review has given me a 0.85 poings out of 1, by the way. Can we have a "sluggy 2004 overall reaction" thread?
---
Here comes the original reaction:
Here comes the generic lackeys! Reminds me of Star Trek. Ensign redshirt, step on that rock!
Oh, and it's 0.6 poing out of 1. No time to jab, though.

Good strip for advancing the plot. Get rid of that writer's block Pete!
