Stay good, Kamae! Stay good!
Why would you want Gwynn dead?

Well, Kiki was just chewing on an electrical cord in the earlier panel. She probably did burn her tongue. Kind of like when she tried to hug Mr. Fiberglass Insalshun. Bassem wrote: *step step ert. I think those sounds were Torg opening his bedroom door *errt* then *slam*ming it behind him again.
Good comic. I like very much the fact that Torg has decided to do something about the problems going on, instead of waiting for them to resolve themselves, like the old Torg. And, yes, I do think it significant that he still can't hug Zoe with more than one arm--but by his expression, it would seem the healing has begun.

Love that first panel.
Just what has Torg got to do this year? And why the foreshadowing of Bunbun?
The rest of the strip was just good old fashioned Sluggy fun.

No, but there *is* a "theres-a-reason-its-overstocked.com". In the strip, the site was given as "there's-a-reason-it's-overstocked.com" but apostrophes aren't legal in URLs.

Kiki's been talking like a little kid for a while now. (Almost a year) But, for the past few days she's been talking like a drunk. Hmmmm...

I like today's strip..appropriate for Pete's last real comic before the New Years.
And it leaves a lot left to be answered - but then when has Pete EVER ended a year with more answers than questions? Here's to a whole brand new year of Sluggy Fun!
"Holy Frejole - Pickled Feet Sticks" LMAO.

Um, Kiki wasn't talking like that last week, so I'm of the she-burned-her-tongue camp. Whether it was from chewing the wire or munching pickled feet sticks, I dunno.
This was a great Christmas strip, IMO.

Sweet how the central sluggy characters are all in that strip somehow.
Nice auto-bread-butterer.
"Torg thinks yer full of it."
Heh-heh-heh
Wonder what Kiki will do with the frijole...
She's looking a bit non-plused herself.

It's all that salt. If you aren't used to a lot of salt, being exposed to it can turn your mouth into a festering swamp of wounds. It sucks. *nurses his mouth back to health from eating chicken soaked in honey teriaki sauce*

If it seems like I'm talking too much about the previous few comics, it's because I lost my username in the recent forumpocalypse and didn't get a change to say anything. So there.
Does anyone else wonder if the auto-bread-buttering machine is really going to be forgotten about as a throwaway gag? I mean c'mon, that's a pretty powerful ability... (The truth-telling I mean, not the bread buttering. The latter is merely a tasty ability)
Mostly, I'd just like to say how glad I am that the "reset button" hasn't been pushed for Torg. When he confronted Gwynn about the book, it was in a more caustic manner than he would have used before TWR. And now he's chosen the Hero-shirt over the flannel, which is very telling indeed. My guess is that it's mostly symbolic, as a sign that he's not going to go back fully to the nerd-boy he was before (although he's still the Torg we still love, as shown by the chicken wings comment, he's still changed a lot in the last six months. "Yay darker Torg" is my opinion)

I just thought that I'd point out that the title of the main page says Copyright 2000. Perhaps that should be updated?
