The way Torg is leaning out of the car window makes it look like he just got an early Christmas present. Poor Gwynn. Torg will never let her live this down.
Could you pass me the salt please?
Would you like fries with that?
Ohh, yes! I like fries!
I can see another fork to the head in Torg's future.

I'm still trying to decided whether this is more creepy or funny. It's both, naturally, but I haven't decided which is the dominant one yet.
Something's off with Torg. While he's going with the song, his participation isn't quite right. His line doesn't really fit. I dunno whether it means anything or not.

Woot, the return of the old BM.
This one just made me burst out laughing, always great when that happens.

He did the first time, after some initial ribbing.

She has since Dangerous Days Ahead, actually. Went to work there after losing her job at "Aylee's."
So, does this mean we are getting a Sluggy Christmas musical? Complete with background singers (singing the background--no, wait--singing in the background)? Cool!
And in answer to DSCrankshaw's observation--I actually feel it's slightly ahead in creepy. Gwynn wishes for things to be about her, and we're suddenly reading "It's Gwynn" not "Sluggy Freelance." Even the author was affected. "Also Gwynn rocks!" How evil! And creepy!
Ominous Book of E-Ville sparkles.
It's about time! Gwynn is such a great character. I hate when Pete wastes so much time with the other characters. Torg? Nerdy! Zoe? Boring! Riff? Wooden! Bun-Bun? Yawn! Give me more Gwynn!

Well, I can see that Gwynn wants the attention after so much neglect story-wise. But she just had to mess with The Book again, didn't she? I mean, she's hot enough to not need the book to get attention. She's probably just lazy.
Three cheers for being lazy butthats!
And if this is going to turn into a musical, then I will definately go on a homicidal rampage.

i think it's cool how Pete makes it extra clear that the Book of E-ville not only affected the people closest Gwynn, as friends and in proximity, but everyone in the world by showing that even Carolers have been affected, as well as Pete himself. :D
And Caesar Salad too. :D I wonder if he got asked to specifically make a Gwynn related comment.

I think the implication here is that it stands for a bowel movement.
[ominous sparkles]
But what a beautiful BM it would be, if it were made by Gwynn!

Oh c'mon guys, grow up, the joke's getting stale. Can't you come up with anything inventive?
All this ominous-sparkling-Gwynn-loving is really *sparkles* fun! Go Gwynn!

I think what would be best if on this comic, all the places on the banner, links, etc. "Sluggy Freelance" were replaced with "It's Gwynn!" , and the Bun-Bun replaced with a Gwynn pic on the bannerkinda lika how on certain stories the background color changes of the page.

Apparently, the Book of E-ville is actually the 'Be Careful What You Wish For' thread.

LOL!! And I MEAN THAT. I really did laugh out loud!
Gwynn is learning the meaning of watching out for what you wish for.

Got a giggle out of me. And Torg is happy, even if maybe only for a moment.
