Oasis 2, Kusashi 0. Though Oasis did get sliced up a bit.

Is it just me or are Kusari's deaths always especially darkly humorous?

Oasis is all "Man, how many Kusaris do I have to kill before I get a free sub?"

I was going to say 3-1, but it wasn't Sasha who sniped Oasis before the big Fall. That puts the score at 3-0

Putting the helmets back on really was a good suggestion, Dr Daiyu. No point in getting splattered with blood. The mess inside that shuttle is really getting worse and worse. On the bright side, Torg will have a copious supply of blood to "fuel up" Chaz; almost an oasis of sorts.

Poor Chaz. He won't get to serve the master that he would prefer.

Is Riff tied down or just wisely staying out of the way?

I'm pretty sure Kusari did kill Oasis before if you're keeping an all time score. Either way Oasis is winning at this point.

Oasis is really making short work of these Kusharis.

Here is a list of Oasis/Kusari confrontations, based on what I can remember, that ended in death for one or the other:
Note: I'll also have an arbitrary count on what I consider to be "victories". Both parties have to be fighting or trying to fight to count.
N.B.: Oasis's death by sniper in Falling - Daybreak does not count as it is unclear who pulled the trigger.

1.) The Bug, The Witch, and the Robot - Not a Good Idea
- There was a confrontation at Le Snootier between Kusari and Oasis. Sasha was there but we didn't know about the Kusari/Sasha link back then.
- Oasis was impaled on her own weapon. Kusari claims that it was when she tackled Oasis out of a window. We only have Kusari's word on that. Oasis would only die of her injuries later, possibly the sushi-burger was what finally did her in. After all, she was described as suffering from "a combination of knives, explosions, and food poisoning".
- This is, at best, a maybe. I'll be generous and say that Kusari killed Oasis here.
- A Kusari victory.

2.) Fire and Rain - Lady Picture Show
- Oasis pins Kusari to the wall before Kusari is able to respond.
- Since Kusari was able to ask for someone to pry her off the wall, I will assume that she survived here.
- I'll call this an Oasis victory

3.) Fire and Rain - Someone to Die For
- Oasis kills Kusari under "Override B-1".
- An Oasis victory

4.) The Heavens and the Earth - Entanglement
- Yesterday and Today.
- I'll list this as 2 kills.
- I'll consider this as a single Oasis victory.

Confrontations that shouldn't count as a death for either:

1.) Falling - Silencer
- This was a Sasha death and was intentional to plant tracers on Oasis.
- Not an Oasis victory as Sasha was not trying to fight.
- While Sasha did achieve her objective, I am not considering this a Sasha/Kusari victory either.

2.) Falling - Rise
- This was a free for all
- None of Sahsa, Kusari or Oasis died here.
- This was a Kusari/Sasha victory as she did incapacitate Oasis with a stun dart.

So, the kill count is Oasis 3 - 1 Kusari
The victory count is Oasis 3 - 2 Kusari

I love Shankraft's "Should WE try and kill Riff?" I thought the Kusashi's would put up a better fight than that to be honest. Maybe Oasis' gymnastics training is somehow an advantage over Kusari's (Ninja?) training.

Did anyone else notice that all of the blood drops look like hearts?
