You know, I really thought Torg would tell Zoe, especially after what he discovered that last week. (Secrets bad!) Maybe it was just wishful thinking on my part.
I wonder how long it's been.

I just spent the last 5 minutes staring at panel 2. *drool*
Wow, I need a girlfriend and/or life. Torg may be bummed out but I know a strip-o-gram would cheer me up.

Oh Mr Torg! A torpor sho deep that even strippergrams cannot pluck you therefrom? Will you ever be happy again? I suggest that all loyal slug-fans should have a whip around and buy a crate of cheap champagne to raise our favorite fictional characters spirits. The solution may be temporary but the forgetfulness is permanent. Cheers - Richard Scarey.

Funny stuff! I like Zoe's panicked expression in the last panel.
By the way, LeoChopper, your avatar looks constipated out of context.

...I want a strip-o-gram...
I find it funny how frequently Gwynn removes and replaces her glasses, considering she's blind as a bat without them.

This was an excellent strip, I particularly love the puns in panel 3 and the 'nurse' was quite cute.

I was surfing while listening to my music in shuffle mode. Just when I start reading about the strip-o-gram what do you think came on? The "Plucky Nurse" rhyme from Ferris Bueller's Day Off:
I heard that you were feeling ill
Head-ache, fever, and a chill
I came to help restore your pluck
Cause I'm the nurse who likes to [door slams]
Oh it was just so great.

A gift nurse...yup, it's their Torg. Or the flannel wearing Torgfish got transmogrified, and, and; no, it's their Torg.

I just want to note for posterity's sake that Joe Sunday came up with the "I Got Licked At The Cayuga Salt Mines" shirt, and I came up with "Cayuga Salt Mines Margarita Mondays" :)

Still feelin' for Torg. And that was a great third panel. Riff looks so confused by Torg.

Torg isn't wearing flannel.
Zoe would normally be the one Torg would talk to but unfortunately, "I slept with your DoL counterpart, only it turns out she was using me as a substitute for her late husband, who was my DoL counterpart".
Gwynn is really the one Torg should try talking to. I don't think she'll be totally unsympathetic to Torg, and she probably needs to know about her counterpart as well. Sadly, there's enough bad blood between the two that I don't think it's going to happen.
Hopefully we'll get a light and fluffy Xmas story that will lighten Torg's spirits.

Torg's friends are just now realizing that Torg has been through hell and it won't wear off overnight. Torg might never want to talk about what happened, even if it would be good for him to do so. He's been changed by what he went through, so yes, it's *their Torg* and no, he's not the *same Torg*. Give him time, and beer........he'll recover, up to a point.

You know, I think foxy here has a good idea.
Sasha is the one person he didn't meet in the DoL, he has no idea what happened to her, and she's someone he could talk to and who would keep his confidance about (though she might give a couple clues).
If anyone could help Torg start to recover, she could.
Still... thank you, Pete. Thank you for not just having Torg go back to his old self. Thank you for not cheapening Zoe2's death that way... or what Torg has learned, about himself and about others.
You've done good. Okay, so your comic didn't make me laugh out loud(ly) like CRfH did tonight... but it was still full of goodness. :)
Take care
Robert A. Howard
