Dear Pete: I hope you leave the Torg nutcracker banner up for a while unless you need it for dramatic impact.

I love scrolling up and down watching him. :torg:

Just my personal impression and Pete should, in the end, still do as he want, but I think a Tuesday-Friday publication schedule for a two-strips per week comic is better and more balanced than the Tuesday-Thursday one we usually get, where the wait period between Thursday and Tuesday is a bit too long, IMO.

As a matter of fact, i think that, for a two-strips per week comic, the perfect calendar, from the point of view of the artist, is Wednesday-Saturday: balanced time between each strip, and the artist can actually take the Wednesday and the Week-End off while still having two days (Monday&Tuesday and Thursday&Friday) to work on the comic. That is, if having the Week-Ends is something that is still important for the artist.

Hope you feel better quickly Pete!

If you want some furry companionship during your recovery, I hear the Wispydale Animal Shelter has some very cute and cuddly kittens ...
