Why would Mrs. Claus be weeping over Basphomy? They weren't exactly allies, and I suspect she had a hand in Basphomy losing Halloween in the first place (this may have even been directly stated in Holiday Wars, but I don't recall).

I don't think those are tears. The top and bottom match, so I'm pretty sure they are just wrinkles. That means I have no idea what emotion she's conveying in the last panel. She might be surprised or even holding back a laugh.

Who is the person in the picture? Is Mrs. Claus actually talking about Basphomy? If so, why? And is she actually said, or expressing some other emotion? TBH, I've wondered about Gwynn's status with Dunuloa after this; I know she valued Basphomy, but as one of her creations who was therefore useful. How attached was she, really?
