I find it interesting that the Bug used the same words as those Gwynn believed to be her own subconscious speaking earlier.
Also, since I didn't mention it earlier, I absolutely love the previous comic's last panel. Pete manages to thread the needle between quirkiness and creepy really well.

I'm afraid that anyone gwynn might be able to get answers from have already been burned at the stake. Well, except dunuloa who gwynn started a war against (by burning everyone at the stake).

Gwynn's "solution" is likely going to be long, arduous, fraught with peril, and have a low probability of success without further soul-ripping sacrifices.
Given that, they should at least try Kiki's idea!
