Today is Tombsday. But is that a good thing for Lady Tomb, or a fatal thing for Lady Tomb?

Wait, what point has Chilus made? Seems like I have missed something.

"My lovely sort-of fellow demons..."

I don't know why, but that line made me miss Mosp. (Not so much Isp and Osp, though).

I like the way the big middle panel really sets the stage ... and is that the fourman in the back?

"no killing anyone unless I sign off on it"
No way that's gonna come back and bite him.

I laughed as ‘accidents’ happen. Expected, even.

What could little Bun of Power do in a situation like this? Hhmm.

Classic Bad Guy mistake...not killing the good guy right away. Monologue-ing instead, or wanting to take time to torture your subject, etc. In this case PP is choosing NOT to kill the Stormbreaker right away but instead he wants to "play" with her to draw out her misery and pain. BIG MISTAKE. She is the Stormbreaker for a reason and she already defeated him twice. he is giving her time to do it again. Stupid demon.
I am completely fine with this. Ideally, first he destroys Chilius and Tombsy. Then he can go. Heh.

I wondered that too; I think it's a reference to her jab in the prior strip, where she observed that was sucking up rather than interested in helping.

Now that you mention it, I miss her too.
Definitely Fourman back there -- and I'm confused at how Riff suddenly seems a lot closer to the action.
Lots of demon silhouettes and no vampires in sight. This is about to get even more interesting.

(...)

I guess that makes the most sense. Chilus is calling him out on his frequent flip-flopping and he conclude that he has no more significant stake on the game and has no reason to stick around.

Either that or he's referring to Chilus'"how did you know that" question to Tomb and the fact that she does sufficiently perturbs him enough to want to get out of there.

This feels like a dumb question but have KZK and Bun-Bun ever met outside of past-Mohkadun?

When K'Z'K first appeared possessing Gwynn - so not looking like his usual self - Zoë manipulated Bun-bun into attacking him, but he just kept regenerating.

Bun-Bun dealt with (i.e., played with...) Gwynn-possessed-by-K'Z'K.

Bun-Bun was also with the gang leading up to The Release. However, I believe he was outside fighting demons/skeletons and waylaying "Agent Strum" when K'Z'K showed up.

So, no. I do not believe Bun-Bun has ever seen K'Z'K in his true form since Mohkahdun. Nonetheless, I'm sure he knows exactly who he's dealing with, even if K'Z'K's true form is not blind as a bat as he was when he possessed Gwynn.

(Thank goodness the search-engine part of NiftySearch is back up)

Okay, I was just reviewing this and thinking. If Zoe could get a two-year head start, what could possibly be effective preparation? The only think I could imagine is going into space, where magic is off limits. However, if that's the case, then wouldn't it stand to reason that Prozo and Kozo can only affect things on earth? And if that's true, how in the universe can they be considered "pillars of reality" when they can only mess with a planet?

Even if they could affect multiple planets, there's still just a lihhhhttle bit of stuff out there that's unaffected.

Somebody help me out here.
