Over the last few comics Lady Tomb has revealed herself to be a more prosaic and naive villain than I initially surmised. When she brought up Prozoato, I thought she knew what was up and had some higher aspirations to affect the nature of the cycle of extinction and rebirth. Seemingly though, she's just a second-rate Symachus following in his footsteps and she probably got the idea from him too.

...and none of them thought to question the assertion that the Destroyer (who just wants to burn it all down) would be willing and able to grant crazy immortal powers to one of things he plans to splat?
Interesting that the demons have so much lore at their disposal. Someday I'd love to know where they actually come from.
Also, Pete is really upping the peril quotient here. I can't wait to see which week it starts to unravel. :D
