Looking for probably 4-6 players for a RPG based on the anime series "VISION OF ESCAFLOWNE"

Background of story

It has been 30 years since the final defeat of Zaibach, now after several years of peace throught most of the lands of Gaia.

After the death of Emperor Dornkirk, Strategist Folken, and all four of the commanding generals. The land of Zaibach was left leaderless, three of the nations that were most wounded from the attacks of Zaibach portioned up the land between them: Asturia, Freid, and Fanelia. The resulting treaty lasted for thirty years and three countries have gotten along fine for now. However recently the new rebel group in the country of Asturia have gotten a hold of the "ultimate weapon" used against Zaibach and attacked the rebuilt Capital of Zaibach, in the Freid portion of the country. They claimed the are the rightful heirs of the throne of Zaibach and began to consolidate their power in northern Zaibach around the capital. The leader of this group has begun researching into the research of emperor Dornkirk. King Allen of Asturia, King Van of Fanelia, and Duke Chid of Freid have all sent armies to the former Zaibach country side. The whole land is saturated with war as the Melefs once again roam free through out the land.

Character creation:

Race:

1 Human: the most common, from any country or Mystic moon

2. Animan: Mixed with an animal, always have a specialty from the
animal side. Most common are Cat people and Wolf men, although any is realistic (modifiers based on blending)

3. Draconian: Descendant of Atlantis, despised, even hated by the
general population, the biggest difference is their hidden wings.
(ability to fly, plus increase Agility decrease Build)

4. Doppelganger: An ancient race that has the ability to copy the look
of other person and take their place.

Classes:

a. Warrior: The fighters, also the ones who are experts at piloting Guymelefs

b. Visionary: They have the ability to see the future, which always
puts them at great place for everything that is going on.

c. Lords- skilled at diplomacy and command situations

d. spies/thieves-skillful at subterfuge and other thief like things

e. Psychic Warriors- able to use psychic powers and fight

character creation continued:

Stats: all stats start at 0 and must be purchased

Agility (AGI) How well the character controls the movement of their own body

Appearance (APP) How well the character looks to members of their race

Build (BLD) How much physical mass, power and size the character has

Influence (INF) How well the character can alter thoughts and perceptions of others

Knowledge (KNO) How much the character knows

Psyche (PSY) how powerful psychic powers are

Willpower (WIL) How well the character resist things mentally


HP = 10+WIL+BLD/2 (round up)
Unarmed damage (max)= BLD/2
armed damage melee (max)= bld/2+weapon
Armed dame ranged (max) = bld/2+weapon

Stat buying: up to 15 1=1, 15-20 2=1, 21 + 4=1

13 is average for normal person

start with 120 points for buying stats

Acrobatics (AGI)
Animal Care and handling (KNO)
Archer (AGI) (this is Ranged attack)
Athletics (BLD)
Boating (KNO)

melef piloting (AGI)

Mythology/Gaea history (KNO)

skill level is score + key stat/2

Melef rules-
Stats for Melef

Armor (defense and HP)
Strength (modifier x Character's str)
Mobility (how agile and mobile Melef is)
Complex (how hard for trained person to use)

Damage is Str/2+plus weapon if applicable

four design

Zaibach - flying models, no stealth cloak available, most vulnerable but also most agile
modifiers- -300 armor
Str- PC str x 2
Mob +20
Complex Rat of 3


Ispano- Melefs created by the floating country of Ispano consider the greatest Melefs available. However require blood pact with one pilot and that is only their Melef until they die. Ispano Melefs are cursed in that the Melef can awaken in combat and exert control over the pilot. Also the blood pact allows for the pilot and melef to share wounds. I.E. if an Ispano melef has a rock dropped on it's foot the pilot’s foot is affected the same way. REALLY RARE MODELS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Modifiers-
Armor+100
Str PC str x 2.5
Mob +10
Complex rating of 5 plus blood pact

Asturia models- These are the most widely used models considered average over all.

Modifiers
Armor= 0
STR PC x 2
Mob= +9
Complex 1

Freid Melefs- tanks melef of Gaia, low mobility, high strength and armor.

Modifiers
Armor +300
Str x 2.5
Mobility-o
Complex 2


Melef piloting-

Pilot skill-
complex x 3 needed to even use a melef,
in order to combat use melef complex x4,

basic movements are free, combat is rolled * pilot skills/complex

Psychic powers-

different powers count as different amount of actions




Purchasing attack forms and psychic powers-

Attack

3 basic forms

increase attack power, increase attack hit, and increase Defense

basic attack is +0 to each

when making an attack form adding to one of the attributes cost the following
raising the modifier +5 cost one abi point, next 5 is 2 points more, next is 3 points more, next and each additional 5 is 4 points. subtracting 5 from one of the modifiers gains you 1 abi pt. each form must have at least one negative modifier. negative modifiers limit is -15, and no positive may pass +35. (both are ends are allowed to be broken with permission)

you must create the form and describe it's action and must be approved

Melef forms-same rules as attack forms


Psychic powers, only used by visionaries-



5 elements- fire, earth, air, water, spirit

types (base elements)

Telekinesis (spirit)- ability to physically affect the world (2 ABI pt -first level, 3-2nd. 4-3rd 5-4th, 6-5th)

control 50 lbs per level for force control i.e. force power
control 10 lbs per level for minute control i.e. controlled motion
skill control +5 on modifier per level, must be train in skill to use it i.e. remote lock picking


Precognition, uncontrolled (spirit)- power based from this only has visions at my choosing, although creating a power from this will allow for broader chances by describing triggers and what types of things are able to seen. Precognition also cause physical manifestations i.e. vision of fire could cause burns, etc.
(5points first level, 6 pts- 2nd, 7-3rd, 8-4th, 9-5th, etc.)
each level decrease chance physical manifestations by 5%
increase clarity of vision (see me for details)

Fortune Telling- (spirit) ability to consult diving instrument (i.e. Tarot cards) to see into past, ability to see general future trends and general character information of one specific subject
(2 ABI pt -first level, 3-2nd. 4-3rd 5-4th, 6-5th)



Four physical Elemental control- describe ability to control the element, abilities and limits (point cost and all info determined by me on a case by case basis)
