I'll leave sign-ups open until Friday, I'll post Day -1 then (on Day -1, you all establish your characters and their relationships to each other) That will go on for a few days, until everyone is introduced, then day 1 will start. Only after day -1 will your roles be PMed.

16 players so far. 2 more open slots, and I may be convinced to expand to ~21 or 22 players. Given the number of newish people, I'd like to limit it to that.

Can I make a suggestion? The ability to choose abillities is very niffty but I have an idea to balance it. In some ROG gams there is an Edges and Flaws system. It lets players take new abilities but it keeps the players balanced too. For each ability a player must take a weakness. For werewolves it can be stuff like silver, for villagers it can be like cowardice or something. A powerful ability would have a correspondingly powerful weakness. Thoughts anyone?

You don't choose your ability. I choose it, based on the character you choose to roleplay.
This isn't a traditional RPG, there's no hp or attack roles or anything. During the day, everyone is essentially invulnerable (except to the game mod, who can kill 1/day), and during the night only a few people can kill, even then, only once per night.
If I had to describe it, I'd have to call this a Logic/Politics game with roleplaying elements, more than a RPG.

Not really. We all vote each other off, you see. He just kills whoever has the most votes, then the wolves kill the villagers that night.
