Location: Currently on expedition.
Since I'm playing an inspired (I'm leaning toward a psychic basis.), are inspired Skills closer to AFMBE Miracles, or CoC Spells? Or do we sort of fudge it as we go along?

Heh, awesome Disadvantage. Loathed and probably feared by everyone on Campus because he gets off work late, and has to go straight to night classes still wearing his bulletproof vest, pistols, and smells like Burnt Cordite, Hot Lead, and Blood.

Concepts good, but time to dig through the rulebooks for technical info is scarce. I have Tuesday open, so I should be able to get a completed character in early Wednesday at the latest.

Do we have to worry about skills like drive and computers, or is it assumed that we are competent in those fields already?

It's assumed you know how to drive and use a computer. Doing fancy stuff on either may require a boost though.

Age: 21 (born in Boston.)
Role: inspired (psychic)
Occupation: Private Security Contractor, Physics major.

Jack's just started his new job as a private security contractor, and is fresh out of basic. This means that he gets to babysit people who think they are more important then they are. He is also starting his first semester at MU as a physics major. This means that whenever he is not escorting around some big-shot or another, he's in class, usually still in his body armour, still wearing his pistols, and occasionally still smelling of burnt cordite and blood, trying to not fall asleep. As a walking, talking visibly armed goon of the modern military industrial complex, he is universally loathed and feared at the same time. He's gotten hate mail, and there was once a picket march outside of his Physics class. Campus security is weary of him, but tolerate his presence because his paperwork checks out. His girlfriend left him after they were shot at by some Gangsta wannabies,(long story) everyone at the university hates his guts, he's at the bottom of the food chain at work,(but moderately well liked, Bonus!) and lives in a tiny 400 sq ft apartment about half an hour drive from work, and fifteen minutes walk from class.

The Magic Bullet: Gives a substantial bonus to hit with one(1) ranged attack at the price of 2 essence points per level of bonus. Must be declared before the attack is made. Meta point cost of 2.

Psi Flash: A flash of precognition or insight that strikes at apparent random, providing useful information. Jack has no control over this, the GM is calling the shots. Amount of essence points used is directly proportional to the usefulness and relevancy of the information. Meta point cost of 5.

On him right now: Backpack, Leather jacket, Class 2 Ballistic vest, two(2) 9mm pistols plus ammo, combat webbing, large knife, flashlight, laptop, cellphone/2way radio, multi tool, two(2) bottles of water, six(6) meal replacement bars, misc school stuff, car keys, five(5) sticks peppermint gum, mp3 player.

In the car (Car is a blue 1984 Toyota tercel): mechanics kit, one(1) semi-automatic Remington 12-gauge shotgun plus ammo in assorted types including several exotic rounds.

At the apartment and included storage unit: Guns: lots and of many different types plus ammo, electronics kit, weapon making/modifying tools, just about any type of quasi-military type gear you could want. (The quartermaster likes him.)
