In light of Seargent Ibanez's achievements (thats skitzophrenik) He has been... rewarded with the services of a Librarian, Though only low in power, this Psyker is learning and gaining power rapidly. The life of a Librarian is never easy, as he treads the same path as his fellow battle brothers, and a much more dangerous path of a psyker. A path of temptation, horror and betrayel. but only by staying loyal to the emperor can he hope to attain the rank of a true Librarian, And truly gain the trust of his chapter.

Are you looking for an individual to play the librarian?

Hmm, been reading alot of the game posts. Depends on what you need from me. Not real familiar with the Spack Hulk realm (just a little here and there). But if that would not be too much of a hinderance....I would like a shot at the manipu....um....playing.

As i'm typing, we're getting pretty nasty lightning... close too.
So, Try and get hold of either the main codex for 40k, or even better, the space marine codex. check your friends or look for it online. I heard you can get it off of kazaa.
I'll pencil you down for now.

I understand the WH40k world, and i am assuming this is not that much (if at all) different than that one. Librarians are psykers who have dedicated their lived to the Emperor, and of course have the chance of blowing themselves up because of it.
Have I got the basic aspects?
I would like to try this, and have always wanted to play a "magicker" in an RP.
PM me if possible, if not, there's a bit of background in my post for all other aspirants.

Would you feel like expanding the boarding action to a 10-person squad?
I'd certainly be interested in participating if that was the case... I've been playing 40K since 1988 and 40K with a marine force since 1990, so I've got a fair feel for the universe... ;)

I'd have no problems leading two squads the next mission. Somebody'd have to be a Corporal, nominally in charge of the second squad, etc etc...

Kul'narath: Close, but no gretchin. ALL marines have dedicated their lives to the emperor, a librarian has a chance of becoming corrupted and twisted through his use of the warp. Think of it as a marine with the hardcore rating at 10.
Kink: You may be use to the universe, but i'm not, also, i'm only just staring my forum rpg career!, I can barely keep my patience in check with a 5 man squad. If theres a death and they don't want to be brought immediately, Your welcome, maybe a little while later, i'll increase teh squad size. but for now, i'm happy.
Skitz: See above for the foot notes. I won't be doing two squad action. Also, marines don't have corporals... Just more marines.

WOW, Kul has me way outclassed. I have just started reading the 40K books my friend gave me. So, I will have to step down in review that he is by far more quallified to play in this scenario than I am.
Kul, make him proud!!

Damn you skitz, you've got me thinking of 2 squads... definately not now, but later on maybe.
Right, so brother librarian Icarus? glee... Icarus is a fair adaptation of the librarians life, flying ever so close to the heat of the warp on his wax wings of sanity... (have i got the right name?)
