I'll be buying the Defensive Roll, All-Out-Attack feat, and Takedown Attack feats. I'll also be putting my remaining two points towards the Attack skill, bringing it up from +7 to +8.

You can't have Defensive Roll. Your toughness save is already max.

It is? Darn. I can't think of any other feats I'd rather have, so I guess I'll use the remaining point to bring my Intimidate skill from 4 to 8, if that's possible.

Electricity seems to be rather prevalent thus far. Fire is also a golden standard for conflict and mayhem.

Can Adam get away with having a broadsword on campus if he claims it's a part of the costume he's designing for himself?

The immunities involved in life support are immunities to disease, poison, various environmental conditions (heat, cold, radiation, vacuum and high pressure) and removing the need to breathe altogether. A living statue might also be immune to critical hits (another 2 point Immunity), aging, starvation and thirst, and sleep (1 point Immunities).

Adam cannot have a broadsword, because he does not have any points left to spend on Devices or Equipment.

Would I be correct in surmising that none of those immunities listed in your second sentence are included with the Life Support power?

Yes. Having all the Immunities I listed is 14 points.
