If no new players want to take on the role that Weremensh has indicated (good at convincing people to do things), then I'll add an NPC to the team. Based on Moist van Lipwig (Discworld series), he'll be a con man, more interested in money than anything else. Good at convincing people to do things in the short term, he joined the team more because it promises an easy escape to another planet every time people start catching on than anything else.
