That is a little different. The request is drawing no? That is a link for photoshop tips. As a bad drawer myself, I think the photoshop thread might be a little advanced. Maybe I'm wrong.

shiny idea indeed :kiki:
it would certainly upgrade some of the filler that pete uses from fans
it could even turn into a contest. pete wrights the script and sits back for a day or two whilst we launch ourselves into sluggy infamy

That's a great idea, unfortunately i'm not sure how well it will translate on to the forums. But we do have alot of talented artists hanging out here (particularly in WGARS), maybe a "draw a sluggy character" contest, and people can explain how the did what they did. If you'd like to come up with an idea on what we could do, feel free to start a thread over in WGARS.

For some great information on the web about how to draw, check out John K's (creator of Ren and Stimpy) blog
Here's a post with a bunch of 'how to draw characters' links.

awe, hadn't realy taken notice of that section. i'll probably take a stab at it in a few days (that is if i_dont_know doesnt beat me to it). its cool, we look to sluggy for its creativity and now here in the forums we get the chance to give some back.
