My (gmail) spam filter automatically marked the activation emails as spam. Gmail's filter has never let me down like this before (if anytihng, it's too loose, since I get spam in my inbox), so I'm not sure why. I thought some of you admin types might know and/or be able to fix it.

I've had automated emails I actually wanted go to Spam before. I'm not sure what we can do on this end (I'm probably one of the futhest things from a "tech guy" we have), but if you haven't already, be sure to mark the emails you're getting from us as "safe"/"not spam"

Yeah, my problem mostly related to sending myself a bunch of activation emails before I realized the problem. However, gmail doesn't filter spam unless it really thinks it's spam.

If you get pissed off enough, Yahoo works fine. Is there a way to tell Google it's not spam? Probably not, or there wouldn't be complaints about it.

You navigate to the Spam folder, open the message, and click the “Not Spam” button.

Also, *ahem*
