I also had problems logging in as Defender. And the system doesn't seem to send lost passwords.

However I did find the original email with my username and password. In there I noticed that my login name doesn't have capital letters. I tried that and it worked!

So the Defenders login name is case sensitive!

One problem with that, the site automatically changes the first letter to a capital whenever I hit login.

It worked for me.

amazing, it worked. took me a few tries to get my browser to not capitilize my username like is stored in my password-manager. Promptly went to the paypal button to make a payment despite my earlier attempt to manually renew. I figure I'll either have two years of renewal eventually in my account or I'll have donated $25 to pete. both are acceptable.

edit: ok, now changed my password manager to permanently use the lowercase version so i should be able to login without problems from now on.
