And I'd say it's "coming up" with the assistance of one comically-handy ramp. It's the "coming down" part that's going to be exciting, and of course the sudden stop at the bottom.

I assume he is screaming but he doesn't get to share their speech bubble because he sounds different, and there isn't enough space in those two panels to add another speech bubble
