Wednesday is (badly) singing... On the second day of Sluggmas my suspicious eyes did see Two beers for friends And a ferret high on sugar ---- Vote for Sluggy Freelance at Top Web Comics. Remember to vote EACH day.

So apparently Sasha and Oasis have stripped Torg and Riff naked and tied them together.
Why do I suspect that some Sluggite out there has already "shipped" this very scene?

Yeah, kinda figured it wouldn't be that simple. Oasis dealt with the "uprising" almost as if it was so easy she was bored.

So Bun-Bun really didn't come along? I'm not surprised, but damn that's cold.

Why did Oasis do anything here? She has no personal stake and as far as we know hasn't been given any standing orders (eg protect kusari, make sure those two don't escape etc). By all rights she should simply be watching disinterestedly as they run away.
Also very surprised the two kusaris that got zapped are up and about already. This might all make sense if one of them shouted "stop them" or something, but we never saw anything like that.

Poor Torg and Riff, nothing is going their way. Good luck Zoe and Gwynn!

Hmm, the anti-magic plant coming into the vicinity of Oasis and Kusari. Could have interesting results.

This is what we on TVTropes call, "stuff happening off-screen". kitoba wrote: So apparently Sasha and Oasis have stripped Torg and Riff naked and tied them together. LOL I didn't notice that when I first read that panel :) Half of me is saying, "darn, their plan didn't work." while the other half is saying, "cool, we're going to get that awesome space station finale that I've been hoping for." And I was slightly amused at Gwynn being frustrated trying to fit into the male space suit.

Why the heck is Gwynn bringing the plant? Won't she likely need magic?

She is cultivating one world-ending demon to keep the other one at bay. Or to keep him jealous, perhaps?
