Go see it. Seriously, you (probably) won't regret it. I anticipate it being my favorite movie of the year, but I can't really explain why without giving away crucial plots.

I loved it. I won't give away anything that isn't in the trailers.

1. Tegan and Sara sang the theme song. They're one of my favourite bands.
2. Best Batman ever. His music was even better.
3. My friends actually know a guy who is just like Emmet. His Facebook posts are infamous for their banality. You know how people complain about people writing every pointless detail of their lives on Facebook? That is exactly what he does, yet somehow never manages to write anything remotely interesting or thoughtful or original. His feed is just full of posts like "Hamburger for lunch today, yay!" and "Aww, I have to work overtime" and "I ate at Ruby Tuesday's again. It was great!" He went to see the Lego Movie and afterwards his Facebook reportedly said "I saw the Lego Movie. It was great!" He did not even write "Everything is Awesome".

Saw it. It was awesome. I really liked the city legos and the 80's space legos, seeing as those were the first sets I ever owned. Ah nostalgia....

I finally saw it. I just want to give a shout out to the animation studio. That's all I have to say for now.

Let me join the chorus of EVERYTHING WAS AWESOME!!

I seriously enjoyed the heck out of that movie and it's definitely on my short list of films to pick up on DVD (along with Frozen). I actually got to see it a few times and it's been good every time. Though there are some fun bits that are hard to catch the first time through. Like (mini-spoiler about a song partway through): Batman's song is still Everything is Awesome

Ughh, I wish we had spoiler tags or I knew the background colors to make invisible text.

You can make it invisible by quoting it and making the text white:

Maybe different people have different color schemes, but on my display you'd have to color it #ebeadd to disappear in a quote:

The Batman song in the final credits was the best thing ever.
I will never look at black coffee the same way ever again.
