This is the kitoba game. No rules will be provided. However, there actually are rules. This is not random silliness. There may even be points. So begins the first round. This post gets maximum points.

I want to play tonight. I think I know the rules. Unfortunately, I may be wrong. So we'll see what happens. Perhaps I will be successful. Enjoy this, the first entry. And so here it goes.

I will try this game. I might not completely fail. These game are usually fun. I do not always understand. I guess at the rules. I hope for some points. Some are better than none.

I will try this too. I never have tried before. Perhaps I can do well. I think I understand now. I could be very wrong. Maybe I can get points. Only time will tell that.

This is my play attempt. I hope to get points. I have two viable ideas. I could easily be wrong. I am clicking submit now.

This is a quantumcat42 post. Mustard might get more points. But, rules are tricky things. Eventually it will be known. In this world or not. Some wear fried chicken masks. Their thoughts are beyond comprehension.

I think I get it. This post should be correct. It obeys all the rules. I think it does, anyway. It's hard to be certain. Do I get some points?

Capitalism delivered the ingenious refrigerator.
It provides many electromechanical simplifications.
Obviously, its superiority is undeniable.
Nevertheless, Kitoba pronounces it indefensible.
My conclusions are characteristically unreliable.
Unequivocally, Kitoba's intelligence surpasses many.
Our disagreement enthusiastically remains stalemated!

The Kitoba game is tricky. The lack of given rules makes it so. That is, of course, the point. Though tricky, there is always structure. Even when not apparent. Thus, this is my attempt. I hope for a good score.

For the second round only, explicitly state your concept of the rules. Although the rules in this round are easy, some may find receiving points more difficult, unless they are quite careful. Do not score yourself. Originality is expected. Cleverness may be rewarded. EDIT: People must be finding this round harder than the first. Here is a hint: Remember that The Kitoba Game is a meta game.

You ponder the prompt for round 2. You have a couple guesses at what it could mean. Your first idea for a post is clever, but if you are correct, it could cause a lot of difficulty. If you're correct, it's also odd that no one has posted yet.
You tap your fingers. You stare off into the distance. You make thinky noises. Eventually, you decide that your concept of the rules for round 2 is that every post must be written in second-person narrative mode. You waver, then hit "Submit." You return to your armchair and continue reading Bright Lights, Big City.

Having considered many possible options, this may be the best path forward. Mimicking all content layout from the original post, including of course sentence structure and punctuation, not to forget word count. This seems generally best. One can hope. Unless inspiration is right.

Steave is on to something. Round one rules probably remain. Rules are guessed from points. Points are five word sentences. Wrong word counts earn ERR2s. Normal maximum is seven points. Bonus points may be given.

Words per sentence is important? My strategy of waiting for someone to post a helpful clue paid off! For the first round I had thought that a repetition of the same first or last letter might help score points. Now that I know what to look for it is easy to see. Thanks for the helpful hint.
Words per sentence need not be constant anymore. It is symmetrical, in terms of words before each punctuation mark.
In my very specific case, each group of words has an additional property. They are all Fibonacci numbers.
